Each item is carefully handmade to order, which means we begin creating your product after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
As our soaps and candles are handcrafted and made for personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
